Returns or Exchanges:
You have 30 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from GIFTS4FAMILY, Except breakable items like Mugs or any other ceramic items. If you received a broken Item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery, after that, we do not exchange, replace or take returns on them.
✅The CUSTOM DESIGN/PERSONALIZED items have NO-Return or Exchanges policy unless the product has defected.
✅Your package must not be postmarked any later than 30 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.
✅It is Customers responsibility to return the item(s) to GIFTS4FAMILY with a tracking confirmation for your return postage.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
1. The item(s) have been worn or washed
2. The item(s) have been altered.
3. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition.
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
5. The item(s) were a CUSTOM DESIGN/PERSONALIZED items.
6. If you received a broken Item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery, after that, we do not exchange, replace or take returns on them.
7. Shirts/Hoodie/Sweatshirt/pillow cover/All Garment products are all Direct To Garment (Digital) printed. Mugs/Phone cases are DYE Sublimation Printed.
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:
1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without it.
2. Please write in detail which items you want to be exchanged.
3. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for mailing address.
Upon receiving your return, GIFTS4FAMILY will processes your return within 48 hours from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for CUSTOM ITEMS, worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
A restocking fee of ($6.00 per item + Shipping charges) is applied for all returned packages.
